Claire Tucker has spent over 30 years at the heart of UK financial services, building the kind of operational expertise that only comes from doing the hard work inside one of the country's most demanding businesses.
The majority of that career was spent at FTSE 100 Hargreaves Lansdown, where Claire was instrumental in the creation of several of the firm's flagship services. Over the last decade of her time there, she stepped into the Senior IT Leadership Team, taking on responsibility for areas that most organisations only think about when things go wrong. She established the group's Business Continuity capability from the ground up and introduced a suite of frameworks, including ITIL, SIAM and Regulatory Reporting that brought rigour, consistency and resilience to operations at scale.
What sets Claire apart is the breadth of her experience. Few COOs can claim genuine fluency across both IT operations and business operations at FTSE 100 level, but Claire navigated both throughout her career at HL understanding not just how the technology worked, but how the business depended on it.
At Navos, that perspective is invaluable. As COO, Claire brings a practitioner's eye to every engagement helping clients build the operational foundations that allow technology change to actually stick, drawing on first-hand knowledge of what good looks like inside one of the UK's most successful financial services businesses.
