At Navos we feel privileged to be trusted with our clients requirements whether that's to develop new software, evolve existing IT architecture or work with their teams to enhance ways of working.
Finpath is a purpose-built financial planning platform we delivered for Corbel Partners, replacing fragmented tools with a single, integrated system across their £2.5 billion AUM practice.
Corbel Partners needed a platform that could keep pace with the complexity of a growing, regulated advisory business - without stitching together a patchwork of third-party tools. We built Finpath from the ground up: a fully integrated financial planning platform covering adviser, paraplanning, and compliance workflows, a client-facing portal, fact-find and cashflow modelling, secure communications, file management, and CPD tracking. The result is a cohesive system that supports every touchpoint of the advice journey, from onboarding through to ongoing client review.
We conducted an end-to-end data review for a regulated financial services firm, delivering a comprehensive data dictionary that gave their teams a single, authoritative source of truth across every critical data asset.
For financial services firms operating under increasing regulatory scrutiny, poorly documented data isn't just an inconvenience - it's a liability. Our client had grown quickly, and their data landscape had grown with them: inconsistent definitions, undocumented fields, and no clear ownership across systems. We stepped in to conduct a thorough data review, mapping every key data asset and delivering a structured data dictionary that defined, standardised, and assigned ownership to their data - putting them in a far stronger position for audits, reporting, and future system development.
